To report a false alarm or place your system into test mode:
- Press “1” to be connected with Central Station.
To request emergency service:
- Press “2” to speak with or dispatch a Service Technician.
- Press “5” to request a technician visit.
- Press “1” to select Emergency Service.
- Press “2” for Commercial or Press “1” for Residential.
- Follow voice prompts which will ask a series of questions (name, company, phone number) A text message will then be sent to the On Call Technician who will promptly call you back.
