  • Dial 616-773-6400

To report a false alarm or place your system into test mode:

  • Press “1” to be connected with Central Station.

To request emergency service:

  • Press “2” to speak with or dispatch a Service Technician.
  • Press “5” to request a technician visit.
  • Press “1” to select Emergency Service.
  • Press “2” for Commercial or Press “1” for Residential.
  • Follow voice prompts which will ask a series of questions (name, company, phone number)
  • A text message will then be sent to the On Call Technician who will promptly call you back.
