Account Executive
This individual will maintain overall responsibility for your needs, regardless of the specific location. For existing systems, your account executive will show you how converting to SecurAlarm can benefit your organization. For new locations or new systems, your account executive will perform a survey and needs analysis, make a system design recommendation, and provide a proposal and estimate. During the installation phase, and after implementation of your new system, your account executive will continue to ensure that your needs are met.
Project Manager
On a day-to-day basis, your project manager is your go-to person. The project manager will supervise the initial installation process, ensure SecurAlarm’s quality standards are maintained, thoroughly and properly train you on the system's operation as well as SecurAlarm’s procedures. On an on-going basis, your project manager will address your immediate needs for programming changes, service calls, training, additional equipment, or changes – any customer service need can be fulfilled by your project manager.
Behind these front-line managers are system designers, technical support personnel, lead technicians, installers, service technicians, dispatchers – all the people who work on-site or behind the scenes to ensure your system is designed, specified, installed, monitored, and maintained properly.
